This Organic Ethiopian coffee comes from the Chelbesa Village in the Yirgacheffe area.
This is another complex, aromatic, floral, and fruity with notes of tropical fruit, plum and blackberry. This coffee is the best when roasted light. If there was one coffee that I could have until the end of time, it would be an Ethiopian just like this.
